Cardio Tennis Workout
Cardio tennis workout is a program designed to strengthen your cardio, improve your rhythm on court while you are hitting lots’ and lots’ of tennis ball and having fun amongst other players all at the same time! If you have never played tennis, cardio tennis is a great way to get introduced to the game, while improving your fitness, and make new friends!
This workout is choreographed with music and the program runs throughout a 45-minute session. So come on down now and let’s enjoy tennis together in a different way (i.e. stress free and rhythm up!). You are guaranteed to get a great workout regardless of your tennis or fitness level.
