先日、埼玉県から17歳の高校生お二人が、
セミプライベートレッスンを受講するため那須へ来てくださいました✨
同じレッスンでも、目的はそれぞれ。
一人は「テニスを楽しみながら上達したい」。
もう一人は「将来テニスコーチを目指したい」という目標を持っています。

まず「プレーヤー自身が、自分のコーチになれる視点」をテーマに指導しました。
✔ 自分のフォームをどう分析するか
✔ 相手の動きや意図をどう読むか
✔ ショットによってスタンスをどう使い分けるか
✔ 相手がどのスタンスを使っているかを見る重要性
こうした理解は、試合で勝つためだけでなく、
将来コーチを目指す上でも非常に重要な土台になります。
さらに、トレーニングも取り入れながら、
4時間しっかり集中してレッスンを実施💪
長時間の練習を終えた二人は達成感いっぱいの表情で、
「またレッスンを受けたい！」と笑顔で話してくれました😊

The other day, two 17-year-old high school students from Saitama Prefecture
came to Nasu to take semi-private lessons ✨
Even though they were taking the same lesson, their goals were different.
One wanted to “improve while enjoying tennis,”
while the other aspired to “become a tennis coach in the future.”
At Mo Tennis Club & Academy Nasu,

In this lesson,
we focused on the theme of “how players can become their own coaches.”
✔ How to analyze your own form
✔ How to read your opponent’s movements and intentions
✔ How to adjust your stance depending on the shot
✔ The importance of observing which stance your opponent is using
This understanding serves as a crucial foundation not only for winning matches
but also for those aiming to become coaches in the future.
We also incorporated training exercises,
conducting a solid, four-hour lesson with full concentration 💪
After finishing the long practice session, the two of them looked full of a sense of accomplishment
and told us with smiles, “We want to take lessons again!” 😊
“Fall even more in love with tennis.”
And learn to grow by thinking for yourself.
